Enter the entity ID. If unknown, you may search.
Enter F to print a Federal 8th Month report. Enter S to print a State 8th Month report.
If S was entered above, you are prompted for the state. Enter the two-digit state ID or ALL for all states.
Enter D to print a detailed report or S for a summary report.
Enter the quarter. Example: 3 for 3rd quarter
Enter the two-digit year ID. Example: 93
When the criteria on the screen is complete, enter X1 to select a printer for the report. Sample Federal and State 8th Month reports are included on the following pages.
