Accrual Codes List

This selection lists accrual codes entered through Add/Edit Pay Codes. This option is found on the Pay Codes sub-menu.

ENTER BEGINNING ACCRUAL CODE OR A=ALL >

Enter a beginning code or A to list ALL codes. If a beginning code is entered, you are prompted for an ending code. The beginning and ending codes may be identical.

SORT BY:

1. ACCRUAL CODE

2. ACCRUAL DESCRIPTION

3. PAYROLL CODE

ENTER YOUR SELECTION >

This is the order in which the accrual codes codes will print. Enter 1, 2, or 3. You are then prompted for an output selection.
