This screen is used to store specific location information which is referenced throughout payroll processing. This option is found on the Entities & Cost Centers sub-menu.

ENTER LOCATION (???=SEARCH) >
Enter the location ID. If the ID is unknown, enter ??? to select from the list of existing IDs. To assign an ID, enter the location through the Address Master or enter ??? from this prompt, and then enter NEW which accesses the Address Master screen for new location ID assignment and information entry.
The location name/description is automatically displayed, but may be edited.
NOTE: CHANGES MADE FROM MODIFICATIONS IN THIS SCREEN WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY CAUSE THE SAME CHANGES TO BE MADE IN THE ADDRESS MASTER SCREEN.
The location street address is automatically displayed, but may be edited. This is a multi-valued field, allowing unlimited lines of entry.
The location city, state, and zip code are automatically displayed, but may be edited.
The phone number is automatically displayed, but may be edited.
Enter the name of the location manager or contact person.
Enter a unique code for each department, which may contain alpha or numeric characters or both. This department ID is cross-referenced from Cost Centers only, and is not associated with G/L departments. Next, enter the department description.
Enter a valid tax code to correspond with this location. Enter ??? to select from a list of existing codes. These are defined through Add/Edit Tax Codes. The following screen is only applicable when integrating with the Employee Leasing module
Enter X1 from MODIFICATIONS to enter subscriber options.

MODIFICATIONS >
The subscriber/location ID is automatically displayed.
Enter a valid overtime method, N=Normal or S=Special (pay 1/2 time for overtime).
Enter Y to show accrual information on payroll checks. Otherwise, enter N.
Enter a valid fee calculation code. These codes are defined through Add/Edit Fee Calculations. If unknown, enter ??? to select from a list of existing codes.
Enter a valid g/l account number, normally a revenue account. If unknown, enter ??? then enter characters from the g/l account description on which to search.
Enter a valid invoice format code, defined from the Subscriber Maintenance sub-menu. If unknown, enter ??? to select from a list of existing format codes.
Enter Y to have department information summarized when printing invoices for this subscriber. Otherwise, enter N to generate an invoice for each department.
Enter any message to print on check vouchers if desired. The number of characters accommodated on the check may be customized, but as a rule, limit input to the space indicated by arrows.
From MODIFICATIONS you may:
FI (file and save subscriber option entries) and then END (return to original screen)
EX (start over with new subscriber option entries)
END (exit without saving subscriber option entries & return to original screen)
