Add/Edit FUI/SUI Tables

This selection enables you to add or edit federal and state unemployment tables used for calculations. Entities must be set-up in the Add/Edit Entities and Departments file prior to entry. This option is found on the Tax Tables sub-menu.

TABLE ID

Enter the table code, or enter ??? to display a list of codes. Normally, "FUI" or "SUI" would be entered as the appropriate code. Codes must have been previously set-up.

ENTITY

Enter the entity ID (set-up in the Add/Edit Entities & Departments file).

STATE

Enter the two-letter state code to which this table applies.

RATE

Enter the percentage rate.

LIMIT

Enter the amount limit.

TAX ID #

Enter the tax ID number for this entity.

SUBROUTINE

This field is updated at set-up by Systems Solutions Inc. Typically, a program name is entered which is used for calculations.
