This field allows fifteen (15) characters of alphabetic, numeric, or both. To create a new table, you must enter the data through "Add/Edit Payroll Codes" first.
Enter the pay frequency type. Choose from W=Weekly, B=Bi-weekly, M=Monthly, or S=Semi-monthly.
Enter an "S" for single, "M" for married, "U" for Unmarried, Head of Household, or "E", exempt.
Enter the deduction allowance amount. This only applies to certain states.
Enter the amount for one exemption allowance.
Enter the sub-routine name. This field will be entered by a Programmer, or with assistance of a Programmer. This field will contain the name of a sub-routine which would be used for calculating this table. Enter ??? to display a list of sub-routines.
Enter the lower limit of this bracket, which is usually zero. This is a numeric field.
Enter the upper limit of this bracket. This is a numeric field.
Enter the base amount. This is a numeric field.
Enter the percentage of excess over the lower limit.
