This selection will print current activity for a particular general ledger account. This option is found on the Posted Current Month Reports sub-menu.

The following prompts will appear:

ENTER THE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR INQUIRY (ENT.DEPT.ACCT) >

Account numbers are entered in the following format:

Entity.Department.Account Ex: 01.01.4003

DO YOU WISH A DETAIL LISTING OF THE TRANSACTIONS (Y/N) >

You are then prompted for an output selection.
