This selection will list the posted journal entries for verification. This option is found on the Posted Current Month Reports sub-menu.

The following prompts will appear:

ENTER THE ENTITY >

ENTER THE JOURNALS YOU WISH TO LIST (AR;AP;GL/ALL) >ALL

Enter the journal code, or press the RETURN key which defaults to ALL journals.

DO YOU WANT TO SORT BY:

1. ACCOUNT NUMBER

2. JOURNAL NUMBER

 

ENTER YOUR SELECTION FROM ABOVE >1

Enter your selection, or press the RETURN key to accept the default displayed.

Depending upon your selection, you will be prompted for beginning and ending general ledger account numbers, or journal numbers, and then an output selection.
