Basic Statement Formats This selection enables you to choose the basic formats in which financial statements will be printed.
Enter a unique identification code for the financial statement format. Example: BS1 = Balance Sheet 1 Enter a sequential number which signifies the interval in which the format will appear. Enter the beginning account number of a particular sequence of accounts. Example: 100 could be the beginning account number for Current Assets. Enter the ending account number of the sequence of accounts. Example: 500 could be the ending account number for Current Assets. Enter a heading for the above designated sequence of accounts. Example: Current Assets. Enter the number corresponding with the appropriate type of account. Example: 1 = Assets Enter a beginning account number of a sub-interval, if applicable. Example: 100 could be a beginning sub-interval for Cash under Current Assets. 110 could be a beginning sub-interval for Accounts Receivable under Current Assets. You may enter as many sub-intervals as needed. Enter a heading for each sub-interval entered. Examples: Cash, Accounts Receivable. |
