This selection will list recurring entries for verification prior to posting. Do not use this list as reference after posting. Upon posting, another list is generated indicating the transactions actually posted. This option is found on the Recurring Entries sub-menu.

The following prompts will appear:

This is the order in which the entries will print. If 2 is selected, you will be prompted for the beginning and ending account numbers, or A to list entries for ALL accounts. If 1 is selected, the following prompts will appear:

For multiple journals, separate the codes with a semi-colon (GJ;CR;PR) or enter A to list ALL journals.

DO YOU WANT THIS REPORT TO BE LISTED BY JOURNAL (Y/N) >

ENTER THE FREQUENCIES YOU WISH OR ‘A=ALL’ >

For multiple frequencies, separate the codes with a semi-colon (D;W;M) or enter A to list ALL frequencies.

You will then be prompted for an output selection.
