This selection will post the journal entries against the appropriate general
ledger period.

Depending upon your selection, you will be prompted for a beginning and ending
journal entry number or date.

An explanatory error listing will be automatically generated if there were entries
the system was unable to post. If an error listing is printed, you may correct the
error in the journal entry screen, print an unposted journal entry list for verification,
and post the corrected entries.

A register of posted entries is automatically generated for verification and reference.

The options on this sub-menu act as timesavers by enabling users to store, list, and post recurring journal entries which have a designated frequency and next post date. This option is found on the General Ledger main menu.
