This selection enables you to copy a chart of accounts from one entity and department to another. This option is found on the Initial Set-Up sub-menu, under Chart of Accounts Maintenance.

The following prompts will appear:

ENTER THE ENTITY TO COPY FROM >
ENTER THE DEPARTMENT NUMBER TO COPY FROM >
ENTER THE ENTITY TO COPY TO >
ENTER THE DEPARTMENT TO COPY TO >
ENTER THE BEGINNING ACCOUNT NUMBER (A=ALL) >
ENTER THE ENDING ACCOUNT NUMBER >

The accounts selected will then be copied.
