X6 INVENTORY
This selection allows you to view inventory layer
transactions for the fixed asset.
From the MODIFICATIONS prompt, enter the X-Function corresponding with Inventory. Example: X6 If unknown, enter XM to view a menu of X-Function selections.
ENTER THE INVENTORY LAYER (???,END)
Enter the layer number. If unknown, enter ??? to select from the list displayed (sample shown below) or END to exit this X-Function.
When a line number is selected, the transaction inquiry screen is displayed with detail (see next page).
REVIEW (#,T#,EX,END)
Enter 1 to review the serial numbers and types. Enter F or B to scroll forward/backward lines.
Enter 2 to review audit trail information. Enter F or B to scroll forward/backward lines.
Enter T and a different transaction number to view if desired.
Enter END to redisplay the asset record.
