X2 NOTES
The note pad may contain unlimited notes with unlimited
lines per note. Notes are listed in chronological order, and each note is automatically
date stamped referencing the person entering the note.
From the MODIFICATIONS prompt, enter the X-Function corresponding with the Note Pad. Example: X2 If unknown, enter XM to view a menu of X-Function selections.
To display the option line, enter the number corresponding with the field you wish to add/edit. Example: 39
Note lines are automatically numbered for editing purposes.
The current system date is automatically displayed and can be edited from the option line.
Notes may be categorized with a user-defined note type containing one character (required entry field). Examples: G=General, P=Purchasing, S=Sales, etc. These user-defined codes are not stored in a codes file.

The team member currently signed on to the terminal is displayed
as the person entering the note, which may be edited prior to saving.
