Customer Refunds

From this sub-menu, you may process customer refunds. This option is found on the A/R main menu.

ENTER YOUR SELECTION >6.

Enter the number corresponding with your choice. The 6. is already displayed, simply enter the appropriate number following the period and press the RETURN key.
