Add/Edit Minimum Transfer

This capability applies only if interfacing with SYSPAC Medical, and enables you to define allowable write-off amounts per entity for electronic claims.

ENTER THE ENTITY (???=SEARCH) >

Enter the entity ID. If unknown, you may select from a list of existing IDs by entering ??? and RETURN. The entity name is displayed for reference.

Enter the minimum amount at or below which write-off is automatic.

Example: 2.00

Enter a valid write-off transaction code. If unknown, you may select from a list of existing codes by entering ??? and RETURN. The code name is displayed for reference. Write-off codes are defined through Add/Edit A/R Codes.
